New routines for transports

In order to improve our working conditions, while we want to continue offering our customers a good service we are introducing from 2012 new arrangements for transportation. The transports will depart at 12:00 pm every day except Sunday and we continue to offer one driver per car to go with the transport at no charge. Times and dates

Paddle from	When you start at another place than Karlsnäsgården you need to transport the canoes and we facilitate this for an extra fee. Please note that you might have to help us load the trailer with canoes and equipment before the transport and that you might have to share the transport with other customers.	Paddle to	If the canoe tour is ended at Karlsnäsgården there is no need for a canoe transport. Om ni däremot önskar avsluta kanotturen på annan plats tillkommer det en extra avgift för att hämta kanoterna. Vi kontaktar er i detta fall för att göra en överenskommelse om tid för transport.

Time*	: If you wish to start outside our opening hours a special agreement has to be made. Please write us a message below and we will get back to you. If you return in the evening, by paying a service fee you can spend the night at Karlsnäsängen (about 200 meters from Karlsnäsgården) or Björkdungen before you start your canoe tour. You may use the toilet and shower in the basement of the main building at Karlsnäsgården. 12:00 According to our transport routines there is a punctual departure of the canoe transport at 12 pm every day except Sundays. Transport

Number of persons that wish to go with the transport (maximum 1 person/car)

A service fee of SEK 20 per person and night will be added for maintenance and upkeeping of the campgrounds along the river.

  I want a map to be sent to me by mail for a fee of 150 SEK
     (Otherwise the map can be viewed here and you get to borrow one map per 5 canoes at the start of your trip. The ordered map will be sent as soon as the reservation fee has been paid.)

  I want to take out a cancellation insurance
     (for a fee of 75 SEK per canoe - read more in the terms of rental)

Canoe trolley
If you plan to paddle for more than just a few hours, you will need to rent one canoe trolley per canoe since the canoe trail contains a number of land transports of between 50m and 900m.

Protect your things!
Are you bringing your camera, cellphone or wallet on the canoe trip? Then it can be a good idea to rent a small waterproof packsack of 5 litres to protect your things.

Help us to be more effective!
By filling in the sizes of the life jackets already during the reservation process you help us so that we can prepare the transport in advance and leave Karlsnäsgården faster and more effectively.

Cell phone number
It is important that you state a cell phone number that you will bring on the canoe trip. That way we increase the security and we have the possibility to communicate with you concerning possible delays etcetera.
